NecklacesPeople ask us if we find winters
long on the Bruce. How could we??? We spend time with our crystals assembling them for you, cutting the corners off the presentation cards we make, recycling the hangers and designing and applying the labels. Each step ... each moment we are working with the crystals, is a moment of meditation and attunement we add to these gems. We are grateful to have this time to spend with the crystals and with each other in my studio.

These meditation wands were so much fun to make! I got to learn how to use clay in a different way and how to affix the quartz points to the wands so they would be strong and durable.
Although it was a long process, the final result is well worth it. Pictured here is the cover of the instruction booklet that goes along with the wands. Inside are seven credos that I wrote for Spirit Walk, which is a physical walk around the gardens of Rural Rootz. These seven credos form the basis of a simple meditation practice. |
